Vie, Vie-App.com and VHHV.life are all companies or products owned by VHHV(HK) Ltd
The above all collect data about individuals, usually only within a business context to enable your enjoyment within the app. We treat all data which identifies an individual as Personal Data.
VHHV (HK) Ltd will be what's known as the 'Controller' of the personal data you provide to us, this means we control what happens to the data in our possession.
We only collect basic personal data about you. It does not include any special types of information(Medical, Religious, Political). This can and will most likely include name, address, email, phone number etc.
We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with information associated with our products and services. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need.
Personal data we process is only processed by us in Hong Kong and is not shared with third parties. All data is located on servers within Hong Kong or on your own local device, so you maintain control. No other 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless you specifically agree to engage publicly or of the HK government and the law allows them to do so.
Any data collected is stored securely within systems under our control and our support / helpdesk systems.
What happens to my payment details ?
Any payment information is maintained on your local device and used only when accessing through Playstore for Google, or App Store for IOS based access. We never have details of your payment account numbers, card numbers or any other affiliated matter.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you may request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact the member of our staff who acts in the capacity of a Data Protection Officer (DPO), Iain Bonner-Fomes, at support@vhhv.life who will investigate the matter. Please put the note for his attention so it does not get mixed with any other operation matters and can be easily tracked.
